Welcome to Commuters Dreamm (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering our competitions via commutersdreamm.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Employees or affiliates of Commuters Dreamm are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must:
  • Answer a skill-based question correctly.
  • Purchase an entry ticket or hold a valid subscription.
• Free postal entry is available and treated equally to paid entries.
• Entry Fee: £1.79 per ticket (one-off entry).
• Multiple entries are allowed.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions include automatic entry into all corresponding draws.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime via:
  • Your account dashboard, or
  • Contacting customer support.

4. Draw Process

• Draw Frequency: Currently held twice per month (subject to increase as we grow).
• Monthly Draws: Occur on the last calendar day of each month.
• Winner Selection:
  • Chosen from all eligible entries that answered correctly.
  • Notified within 24 hours via email or phone.

Note: Your prize will be a preloaded Oyster travel card, posted directly to the UK address you provide. All cards are sent via Royal Mail with standard delivery.

6. Refunds

• All ticket sales are final — no refunds unless legally required.
• Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not refund past payments.

7. Fair Play

• Bot entries or automated systems are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to reject entries suspected of cheating or abuse.

8. Changes

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Any updates will be communicated via:
  • Email to subscribers, or
  • Notice posted on our website.

9. Privacy Policy

• We only collect necessary information:
  • Name, mobile number, email address, UK home address, and payment details.
• We do not sell your data or send spam.
• All payments are securely processed via Stripe (or another verified payment processor).

Subscriber Agreement

By subscribing to Commuters Dreamm, you agree to the following additional terms:

1. Billing & Renewals

• Subscription fees are billed automatically to your chosen payment method.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your user account or by contacting support.

2. Entry Coverage

• Weekly subscribers are entered into every weekly draw (zone specific).
• Monthly subscribers are entered into every monthly draw (zone specific).
• You may hold both subscriptions at once.

3. Cancel Anytime

• Cancel anytime. You will continue to be entered into draws you’ve already paid for.
• Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Exclusive Perks

• From time to time, subscribers may receive bonus draws and early access to promotions.
