How Prizes
Are Delivered

If you win a prize with Commuters Dreamm, here is what happens next:

1. We’ll Contact You

Winners will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the prize draw ending. Make sure to check your inbox (and junk folder) so you don’t miss out.

2. Confirming Your Details

You’ll be asked to confirm your name and delivery address so we can send your prize securely.

3. Prize Sent by Mail

Your prize will be a preloaded Oyster travel card, posted directly to the UK address you provide. All cards are sent via Royal Mail with standard delivery.

4. Using Your Oyster Card

The card will be ready to use right away, preloaded with the travel credit or Travelcard you won. Just tap in and start travelling.

We aim to dispatch all prizes within 3 to 5 working days after confirming your details. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
