Are Delivered

If you win a prize with Commuters Dreamm, here is what happens next:

1. We’ll Contact You

Winners will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the prize draw ending. Make sure to check your inbox (and junk folder) so you don’t miss out.

2. Confirming Your Details

You’ll be asked to confirm your name and delivery address so we can send your prize securely.

3. Prize Sent by Mail

Your prize will be a preloaded Oyster travel card, posted directly to the UK address you provide. All cards are sent via Royal Mail with standard delivery.

4. Using Your Oyster Card

The card will be ready to use right away, preloaded with the travel credit or Travelcard you won. Just tap in and start travelling.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all prizes within 3 to 5 working days after confirming your details. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

If you’d prefer not to enter online, you can enter by post for free. Here’s how: To enter by post, send a handwritten postcard or letter with the following information:

Important Postal Rules

  1. One postal entry per envelope.
  2. Entries must be handwritten and posted individually.
  3. Entries must be sent during the promotion period of the competition. Entries received within 3 working days of the competition closing date will be included in the draw.
  4. Only one entry is allowed per postcard or envelope. Bulk entries sent in the same envelop will not be accepted. However, you may send as many separate postal entries as you wish, up to maximum of 70 per person per competition
